Design Charrette Facilitation
If you are considering a new building or renovation, an important first step is a design charrette. This is a visulation and planning exercise to facilitate an integrated design approach among the project team. These are typically half-day, full-day or even 2-day sessions that result in a set of goals, objectives and initial design criteria.
LEED for Homes Rating System

LEED for Homes is a rating system that promotes the design and construction of high-performance green homes. We specialize in guiding a project team through a preliminary rating, providing manuals for builders and homeowners, training subs and offering credit interpretation and guidance.
